Official Partnership Program – Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
Welcome to the Helloqween Partner Program. This is a tier-based commission and rewards system that allows partners to promote and sell Helloqween products in exchange for commissions, incentives, and exclusive benefits. The program is designed to encourage fairness, transparency, and high performance among all partners.
Followers Minimum Limits
Minimum followers requirement for to be the partners of any tier to Helloqween must be at least 1000 followers on a seperate and standalone social media platform. This is to ensure we need to have a strong Partners-Helloqween relationship.
Tier Structure & Benefits – Tier 1 Starter Partner (15%)
Tier 1 Partners are entitled to member pricing on products, access to exclusive deals and promotions, and eligibility for cash rewards and incentives. This tier is designed for new and entry-level partners starting their journey in the program.
Tier Structure & Benefits – Tier 2 Growth Partner (20%)
Tier 2 Partners receive member pricing, access to exclusive deals and promotions, eligibility for cash rewards and incentives, official platform exposure subject to selection, and advertising support based on performance and approval.
Tier Structure & Benefits – Tier 3 Distributor (30%)
Tier 3 Partners receive member pricing, exclusive deals and promotions, advertising support based on performance, eligibility for cash rewards and incentives, official platform exposure, free sample requests subject to approval, stockist pricing for bulk purchases, and access to the exclusive inner circle group.
Eligibility & Registration
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Helloqween reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Partners must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies when promoting products.
Commission Structure & Payment Rules
Commission rates are determined by the partner’s tier level. Only verified and completed sales are eligible for commissions. The company reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of fraud, cancellations, refunds, or suspicious activity. Payment schedules and methods may be updated or changed at any time.
Tier Qualification & Maintenance
Tier progression is based on monthly sales performance and required activity levels where applicable. Partners must meet minimum requirements to maintain or upgrade tiers. Failure to meet requirements may result in downgrade or removal. Partners with no sales activity for 30 consecutive days may be marked inactive and removed from the program.
Rewards & Incentives Policy
Cash rewards, bonuses, and incentives are based on campaign-specific terms and performance criteria. Helloqween reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw any reward at any time without prior notice. All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless stated otherwise.
Advertising & Exposure Policy
Advertising support and platform exposure are provided at Helloqween’s discretion based on performance, content quality, and campaign needs. There is no guaranteed advertising allocation or exposure placement for any partner.
Conduct & Ethical Standards
Partners must represent the Helloqween brand professionally and ethically at all times. Partners must provide accurate product information and avoid misleading claims, exaggeration, spam, or unethical marketing practices. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
Suspension & Termination Rights
Helloqween reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account at any time. This includes partners who violate terms, remain inactive, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Commissions or rewards obtained through misconduct may be revoked.
Program Modification Rights
Helloqween reserves the right to modify commission structures, tier requirements, benefits, or any part of the program at any time. Continued participation in the program means acceptance of all updates and changes.
Limitation of Liability
Helloqween is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The company is also not responsible for platform disruptions, technical issues, or delays caused by third-party systems.
Acceptance of Terms
