Refund policy

Helloqween Menstrual Disc and Cup is a personal hygiene care product. It cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded once payment has been made (It holds a no refund policy except on a case-to-case basis which requires a written request from you, and is subject to review and consent from Helloqween.) Once sold, it cannot be returned. 

In cases of errors in packing – receiving a different size, colour or combo than ordered with the supplement of proof of purchase, recording of item after received, and a written request from you, a refund can be issued subject to review and consent from Helloqween at our sole discretion. Please contact us at helloqweenglobal@gmail.com with your request and proof of purchase for this matter.

Most women can successfully use the Menstrual Disc and Menstrual cup on their first try. However, some may require several days or even several menstrual cycles before being able to use it correctly and comfortably. You will be able to get support from a link to our online user manual (found on the packaging), FAQ website, our customer hotline team as well as our Whatsapp Community Group for authentic sharing. 

We have made every effort to provide information and support to new users. We are not liable for any problems or difficulties arising from your use of the devices.
