Direction of use: 

  1. Wash your menstrual cup/disc with clean water.
  2. Pump 1-2 times Helloqween foam wash onto the menstrual cup/disc.
  3. Glide over the menstrual cup/disc body, inside and out.
  4. Rinse with water to complete the ritual.
